I went to see Ray at GPM spas on the recommendation of a friend. He was one of the most knowledgable and helpful sales people I’ve ever dealt with. He took his time, answered my questions and made suggestions based on my needs and budget. He even gave me his cell number and told me to call him anytime day or night if I need help. I have definitely taken him up on that and he has been extremely responsive and patient with me. I would definitely reco GPM to anyone looking for a spa or hot tub and definitely ask for Ray!!!

A superb destination when you need new sprinklers for your garden. Got tired of buying and returning from Amazon and Home Depot as I don’t know the subject and kept getting the wrong ones. Walked in here, got a free, thorough, concise education on the types of sprinkler bodies and sprinkler nozzles, and great recommendations on exactly what I need. Showed them my Rachio setup to explain zones- learnt it would be easier next time to come with a few photos of the heads being replaced. The recommended solution was nowhere near the most expensive – absolutely no push to go for more money than I needed to. Came home, plugged the sprinkler head in, worked like a charm. Will be back for more as soon as I can dig up some of my poor performing heads.

This is a great company if you have the knowledge to perform your own sprinkler repairs purchasing parts here. The team will also provide any required advice to complete your objective.

I needed a new pump motor for my spa. I dealt with Ray who is absolutely knowledgeable about specifics with hot tubs. Before he would let me buy it he went through all the trouble shooting with me to determine that I was correct that it was the motor. If I spent more for this motor than some place else, then it was well worth it. The information I received was well worth the price of the motor. I would not shop elsewhere for any spa parts or a even a new spa. A +++ great place..

Purchased our spa with Ray in 2012…..we love our spa and thinking of getting a larger spa…Ray has been exceptional in helping us when a situation arose with our marque spa. Ray is very knowledgeable with this brand and always more than willing to provide help. I would highly recommend gpm spa and look for Ray !. He also has many parts right on the premises should you need it.

I went to the New Hyde Park location on 09/25/2020 shortly before they were closing. I needed a sprinkler coupling, some tubing and two clamps. Unfortunately, when I realized that I needed these parts, I ran right to GPM on the recommendation of the local plumbing supply shop. I did not realized that I did not have any money or my wallet with me until after I asked for the parts that I needed. The gentleman behind the counter told me not to worry. He gave me these parts at no charge. Now, these parts would not have cost more than a few dollars but, It was refreshing to go to a business that cares about their customers. This was my first time visiting this business. I will be going back for more supplies within the next week and I will give them the money for the items that they gave me. Thank you.

Ray and Jay are great! I bought my big green egg from GPM years ago and have been back to them twice for warranty items and purchasing BGE accessories. They are incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and really friendly. Ray is so nice that when I told him I couldn’t get to the store before closing, he offered to meet me on my way home from work and gave me the parts after hours. You really can’t beat that service!
